Through the eyes a camera – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The second stop of my backpacking adventure through South East Asia had a stop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The city is beautiful! Full of life and energy. There is so much to see and so many things to do. I barely touched the tip of the iceberg of things to do and go. Upon arrival to KL, I first had to find my way around and figure out how to get to the Batu Cave. The cave was on the northern side of the city – about 20ish kilometers away, or a 30 minute drive, which meant I needed transportation. I wandered to a busy street next to a market

KL in a day!

KL.  Home of the Petronas Towers.  Home of great food, and nice people!  To bad I did not have more time here, I could have spent another 4 days here at least!  I got into KL very late, slept in and and got a late start to my day.  First things first, I have no Malaysian Ringgit and have to get some in my pocket!  KL Chinatown is located close to GRID 9 HOTEL, my living quarters for the moment.  I find a currency converter and get my Ringgits and explore the surroundings a little bit.  Chinatown is on my checklist, so I knock that off. Staff at Grid 9 SUICIDE SHOWERS! YAY!
